Angelica Maria Vale Hartman (also known as Angelica Vale) is a Mexican American singer, actress, impersonator, radio host, and comic. Angelica Maria Vale Hartman was also the child of comedian Raul Vale and Angelica Maria La Novia De Mexico. In 1973, she's credited with launching her own La Balada Ranchera (Ranchera Ballad) music genre, which reached the top of the charts and made Angelica Maria the first Latin artist to have sold 2 million copies of her music within the United States. The year 1974 was the time she met Venezuelan singer/comedian Raul Vale whom she married in April 1975. This was the first marriage to be televised in Mexico. Angelica Vale was baptized on November 11, 1995 in Mexico City. She is an actor and a writer.
